Now this is very important. The basic ingredient to the recipe of success is indeed to – ‘Take Charge’.  Until we take charge of our life, our work, we cannot be assured of success for our efforts.

Taking Charge means to take things in stride, to take the responsibility and the onus of our decisions and to live them up.  Most of us fear loss, well we are all humans. But then, the loss of fear shall not be like we lose our spirits for. We need to keep focus and take charge of our actions, be sure of our decisions and go ahead.  Once we do that, everything else will fall in place.

If you know what you want out of your life – stick to it and take charge. People may – may not be with you, Circumstance may – may not be conducive but you need to take charge of not offending people and circumstances, both.

Many a times, we come to crossroads in life, a job-a venture, a job – a transfer, a job-away from home, work satisfaction-monetary loss, a struggling venture – a tempting offer, a business meeting- a loved one’s Birthday and many more. What do we do? We take charge & choose a situation. And those who accept it – stay happy and those who repent – well, they end up losing some incredible time of life.

Similarly, in Entrepreneurship – it is about taking a decision and taking charge. The only difference is that, the lucky ones might get one situation, the average lucky will get 2 and the rest will get few. But you got to know that this is the dream – worth the chase or you would never be happy. And boy you are on to winning path.
