We at 30TH FEB have always believed that with the right strategy even the less is more. Check out our personal branding space to understand how.
Our challenge was to increase the visibility for Lakshmi Sreenivasan, the thought leader and trusted advisor in the field of DEI Consulting, OD and executive coaching, thereby building her personal brand for better visibility and outreach within her domain and grabbing the attention for human resources teams and people managers in the corporate.
We studied the pain points of HR Leaders, the gaps they found in the process of various OD consultants and we worked around a content marketing plan to leverage her personal brand through the following:
Personal Website and Social Space: We created a website that can sell for Lakshmi, we analysed the ideal customer profiles of her target audience and worked on a well thought of content and design layout. Further, we helped her understand the consumer profile and how we can tap the google analytics and customer insights to ensure her profile is easy to find and her space is ranked high in search engine results, increasing her visibility to potential clients and partners. Our regular reviews and monthly cadence was followed to ensure that she is seen and heard in the right spirit which is a necessity in personal branding.
Content Marketing: We developed high-quality content tailored to Lakshmi’s expertise, focusing on the keywords she wanted to chase for leveraging her business. This content was shared across various platforms, including her website landing pages, social media and industry forums, positioning Lakshmi as an authority in her field. This added to the boost in her PR to further elevate her thought leadership game.
Video Marketing: Videos are real gamechanger. They are easy to consume and understand from the consumer perspective. Weproduced engaging video content featuring Lakshmi’s insights, tips, and best practices related to OD consulting, Executive Coaching, DEI and Women Leadership initiatives. These videos were distributed across social media platforms and YouTube, reaching a wider audience to drive traffic and engagement.
Public Relations: Digital PR is something she was already on. Even the personal brands get stuck with managing their own branding when growth happens. We brought her back in the game through content and search driven personal branding initiatives. To further align her thought leadership spree, we implemented strategic PR campaigns that highlighted her expertise and success stories. By focusing on LGBTQ+ diversity training in corporate environments, Lakshmi positioned herself as an advocate for inclusivity, showcasing her practical solutions for creating inclusive workplaces.
Additionally, her insights on how executive coaching enhances leadership effectiveness and organizational success were featured through articles, and in prominent publications. This comprehensive PR effort, which included press releases and feature articles, successfully amplified Lakshmi’s voice and established authority.
Considering that we started with a no-existent label, we are happy with the progress that we have made. We have traffic up by almost 1462% in 6 months time and we started to get 100+ clicks, all organically. Considering the niche we are trying to target it is a good start.
Considering the personal brands are mostly low involvement, focused investment projects, our collaborative efforts with Lakshmi Sreenivasan resulted in the successful establishment of her personal brand, which is finally starting to roll and excel with proven results in visibility, collaborations and organic leads.
